Paignton Court is a fine Victorian villa, built in approximately 1860 as a gentleman's residence with hospitality in mind. We are noted for our array of hanging baskets and large off-road free car park. Situated within a short (level) walking distance of shops, beach, harbour, cinema, train and bus stations.

This large spacious Victorian villa consists of 15 bedrooms - 2 Superior Plus Doubles, 3 Superior Doubles, 2 Deluxe Double and 2 Standard Doubles, 1 Small Double, 2 Twins and 3 Singles, half of which are on the ground floor allowing easy access for all.

We are very well situated in the heart of Paignton, only a 5-minute level walk away from the beach, harbour, shops, restaurants, train and bus stations. We have a large front car park and additional parking at the rear, with easy access, providing free off-road parking for all our guests 24 hours a day.

Please note we are a non-smoking establishment for the wellbeing and safety of our guests.

Children aged 12 or over.

Sorry we do not take dogs.

Keys are provided giving access at all times.

"No complaints about our two-night stay at Paignton Court. A friendly welcome on arrival. The room was small but we knew that from the description and it was perfectly fine for what we needed. Clean, well-maintained and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. There was also a communal sitting area in a conservatory."
